The spy Pablo González had a journalist partner. And you, who do you charge your phone with?

The story of a Russian spy and a Polish journalist described by Anna Gielewska on Frontstory.pl is shocking on many levels. The material “Magnes z Putinem” shows how Pablo González, a Russian spy detained by Polish services in 2022, and recently welcomed by Vladimir Putin himself in Moscow after a prisoner exchange, operated for years in Poland and abroad as a journalist. Before the Spanish services, British MI6 and Polish ABW learned of his activities, he had managed to cooperate with Polish and foreign media, participate as a panelist at the Economic Forum in Krynica, spied on the Ukrainian border and infiltrated the Warsaw media environment.

Despite the allegations, the Polish partner of a Russian spy visited the Sejm and worked in the media.

“Rzeczpospolita” has established that his partner was Magdalena Ch., an award-winning and distinguished journalist who collaborates with various foreign, renowned media. It is astonishing that despite being charged with aiding and abetting espionage, she continued to collaborate with the media, was a reporter in the Sejm, visited the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, reported on the situation on the Polish-Ukrainian border, participated in the NATO conference and reported on the situation on the Ukrainian border for foreign media.

Earlier, together with her partner, a GRU spy, she hosted numerous journalists, activists and who knows who else in her home. “Friends, including those from the media, pass through Natalia’s (name changed – ed.) and Pablo’s Warsaw apartment. The language of discussion is often English. Correspondents drop in, activists come to chat. One of the friends, who wishes to remain anonymous, says: “Today I look at it differently, but sometimes someone’s phone or laptop ran out of power. Not to mention working away, there was always a lot going on there, chargers and power banks were flying around. Now I wonder if he could have been stealing some data from us, working on someone,” we read in Gielewska’s text.
