If you have issued an exemption order, the bank will not pay any capital gains tax, solidarity surcharge or, if applicable, church tax to the tax office within this amount. By taking advantage of the savings allowance, you can receive a certain amount of capital gains tax-free each year. The savings allowance and the business expenses allowance make up the savings allowance. This is 1,000 euros per person.
An exemption order is valid for all investment and savings accounts held at Postbank. Exemption orders cannot be restricted to individual accounts and securities accounts.
