Samsung One UI 6.1.1 Update: Enhanced Screen Mirroring Without Security Intrusions

Easier to use

An intrusive security function has been removed in the Samsung One UI 6.1.1 interface update.

Using the Phone Link tool between an Android and Windows mobile phone will be much easier if you have a Samsung. The ability to mirror the screen of the mobile phone in a window in Windows, and therefore in the practice of using the applications of the mobile phone through the computer, has existed for a long time. The problem is that the user must always, on the mobile phone, agree that the screen is mirrored – so why not continue using the mobile phone.

In Samsung’s update of its One UI interface to version 6.1.1, users will be able to bypass that security feature and thus be able to mirror the mobile screen much more smoothly.

When the user starts streaming an app to Windows, there is an option to have it always approved, just this time, or forever. If the user chooses to always allow the application to stream, the question will no longer appear and no permission will be required, but the application will start immediately.

So far, only Samsung’s new foldable phones have One UI 6.1.1 and there is no official timetable for when the sharp version will be released, but it is likely that it will start sent out in the fall.
