However, artistic interiors and culinary delights of the highest standard continue to be irrevocably linked in the Sketch. The Gallery Brasserie The Gallery at Sketch on the second floor, one of three other restaurants in the building, is designed to change regularly and show various artistic installations. Works by Martin Creed, David Shrigley and Yinka Shonibare have shaped the recent past. Most recently, the Herbarium installation by Lasvit caused a stir.
But art also comes to the plate in the sketch, especially in the Main restaurant called The Lecture Room and Library, which has been awarded three Michelin stars. According to the inspectors of the Michelin Guide, every element on the plates is always exceptionally composed and the original combinations are all brilliantly conceived.
