Books – Muhammad Imad:

Monkeypox is a rare viral disease that first appeared in humans in rural areas of west and central Africa, and has spread to a limited extent around the world in recent times. Smallpox has made a strong comeback in some African countries, and many more cases have been recorded than in previous years, raising global concerns about the spread of the disease.

In the following report, the website “Consulto” reviews several signs and causes of smallpox, according to the website “Health Line”.

Symptoms of chicken pox:

Smallpox is transmitted through direct contact with infected animals, and is transferred between humans, causing a number of symptoms such as:

1- skin rash:

The rash appears a few days after infection and usually starts on the face and then spreads to other parts of the body, including the hands and feet.

2- Fever:

A high fever is one of the first signs of infection and is often accompanied by a sore throat and headache.

3 – Muscle and joint pain:

The disease is accompanied by a feeling of pain in the muscles and joints, which leads to extreme fatigue and difficulty in movement.

4 – Swollen lymph nodes:

Swollen lymph nodes are one of the distinguishing symptoms of chicken pox compared to other diseases that cause a skin rash, such as chicken pox.

5 – headache:

Sufferers may suffer from headaches accompanied by a general feeling of tiredness and fatigue.

The reasons for the monkeypox

3- Direct contact with infected people

The virus can be transmitted between people through direct contact with the skin rash of infected people, or through respiratory droplets.
