Unveiling the Huawei Smartwatch: Sleep Tracking, Indoor Running Suggestions, and Comfortable Wearability Reviewed

During my tests I used the treadmill a lot for more intense walks and a few minutes trying to run. So, on a rainy day, the watch could suggest that I run indoors, for example.

It provides indicators of the quality of your sleep: the device uses heart rate, breathing rate and blood oxygenation data to track your sleep, according to the company. I really enjoyed being able to follow the graphs that were created after each night. With the application, you can also explain white noises and music to help you get a good night’s sleep.

I ended up realizing that I tend to be a lighter sleeper. Remember that the information is not medical data, but indications of how you might be.

Another important point is that the clock was not so accurate in marking the time I fell asleep and the length of my sleep. Some days I went to bed 1h, 2h before bed, actually. And he considered that time as if I had been sleeping.

Friend announcement: Just like other watches, Huawei also displays warnings when it detects that you have been sitting for too long. But one feature I liked was that it also displayed animations with the image and description of exercises to do, such as stretching.

Light and comfortable to use during the day and while you sleep: I have already been able to try other smartwatch models and the Huawei one was the one that fits my wrist the best without feeling awkward about the weight (26g) and the size. It is 9.9 mm thick.
