Oligui Must Remain is campaigning for yes in the next referendum

Libreville, Sunday August 11, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – This is the meaning to be given to the last visit in Libreville of the members of this association whose main objective is to support the actions carried out by the General Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema and the Committee for Transition and Renewal of Institutions (CTRI).

The president has the support of the movement, as can be seen by the collections and associations that have been created recently. Among them, the association Oligui Doit Rester (ODR) is founded by Gabonese people from all social classes.

Meeting on August 3, the members of the association explained the merits of the choice to support the initiatives of the new authorities during and after the transition with an emphasis on social issues.

“Our area of ​​intervention is still social. As you know, there is no social policy without real development. That is why our association is committed to the development of our country,” explained Olivié Envo Ebang, president of the association.

For him, what Gabon needs is to ensure sustainable and equitable development for all. And this is the desire shown by the transitional authorities who have chosen to rely only on the positive aspects of the management of their predecessors with developments for a better Gabon.

“We are sure that our political and military authorities share this vision and are working hard to achieve this common goal. We support their desire to implement strong economic policies that encourage investment and promote growth,” he said.

Initiatives, according to him, that improve the living conditions of our fellow citizens. Realizing that development is everyone’s business, they want every Gabonese to participate to help society evolve.

Logical in their approach and after citing a series of achievements of the CTRI since August 30, 2023, especially in the areas of infrastructure, education, health, employment, institutions, management of administrative situations, Olivié Envo Ebang asked and support people to organize the next referendum in the country.

“We strongly invite all the Gabonese people to vote YES in the next referendum to build together the new Gabon that our forefathers dreamed of with the advent of a new Constitution”; they said.
