Celine Dion’s team and her record label Sony Entertainment Canada have protested the unauthorized use of the video, musical performance and an image of Celine Dion singing My Heart Will Go On at a campaign rally for Donald Trump and [son colistier] JD Vance in Montana Friday night.
This use or any similar use is neither authorized nor endorsed by Celine Dion… And frankly THIS song?, her team wrote in a message on the singer’s Instagram account.

The 56-year-old artist, who suffers from stiff person syndrome (SPR) and who had not sung live since 2020, launched the Olympic Games in Paris on July 26 by singing The hymn to love of Edith Piaf from the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, in tears, images that will remain in history.

My Heart Will Go On is the song from the movie Titanic by James Cameron released in 1997. First released on the singer’s album Let’s Talk About Lovethe title became one of the most broadcast in the history of music on radio and television and one of the best-selling with 18 million copies.
Celine Dion won an Oscar, a Golden Globe and four Grammys for this song.
