Igor will represent Poland in the up to 48 kg weight class and will fight right after the preparation period at the Central Olympic Training Center in Spała. In Spała, our young competitor was encouraged and motivated by the Olympian, Szczytno native Konrad Bukowiecki.

The following countries will take part in the championship: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Montenegro, Czech Republic, England, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. A total of 377 boxers will compete in the ring, including 126 female and 251 male boxers.
