The new contestants of the Farmi Suomi program were published on Wednesday. Several of them have convictions for crimes or pending cases in the district court.

Social media influencer and entrepreneur Sonja Aiello is accused of assault. The case will be heard in court this year. Aiello was also fined in 2021 for grossly endangering traffic safety.
Miia Siren
Rap artist Redrama ie Lasse Melberg was sentenced in June 2024 to a five-month suspended prison term for drug offences. Redrama was caught after ordering, among other things, psilocybin mushrooms from abroad.
Jenni Host
In March 2024, TV star and podcast host Henna Kalinainen was sentenced to a 35-day fine for causing damage. In addition to this, Kalinainen has been convicted of assault when she stabbed her ex-boyfriend with a kitchen knife in 2016.
INKA SOVERI
Singer Ari Koivunen was sentenced in 2007 for drunk driving and endangering traffic safety.

Iltalehti reached out Farm Finland – program production to comment on cases. According to the production, a criminal conviction or a pending criminal case does not always prevent participation in an entertainment program.
– A criminal conviction or a pending criminal case are not automatically an obstacle to appearing on TV, and each case is evaluated separately. The judgments or open matters of the aforementioned participants are known to the channel, Sanoma’s head of domestic entertainment Mirko Baas answers.
