Located in the maritime region of Ogooué, the city of Gamba will host the cultural, educational, artistic and sports festival that will be held from August 10 to 18, 2024.
Organized by the NGO Espace Ndougou, there are many activities on the program for this third edition of the cultural festival. Namely: a “holiday camp” that offers board games, introductory workshops in robotics, traditional crafts and various arts. Concerts, with traditional and modern music performances open to known and famous local artists.
As an innovation this year, the Organizing Committee has decided to put the half marathon on the program that will put cadets, youth and veterans on the starting line on Wednesday August 14, 2024.
In the process, the numbers storm the banks of the mill to see, three days later, the always great and exciting canoe race. A football tournament open to the nearby Nyanga area is on the agenda, with a final scheduled for August 17 at the town’s stadium.
Note that the cultural festival will be an opportunity for beneficial exchanges, mixing of citizens and intermingling of cultures.
