We are currently recruiting 1 Information Processing Technician on a permanent contract within the Dematerialization and Information Processing Department.

Salary: 25,317.20 over 14 months
Job Description
Within the Dematerialization and Information Processing Service of Carsat Aquitaine, which includes 20 employees, you facilitate, for internal services, the circulation, access and use of information by participating in the dematerialization of incoming flows:
The successful candidate will perform the following activities:
- Ensures the routing of mail (sort, identify, use, direct).
- Participates in the dematerialization of incoming flows (preparation and digitization of paper documents).
- Ensures the indexing, dissemination, classification and archiving of the information processed.
- Ensures quality controls of digitized images and completeness of media and information within the framework of its delegation.
- Microfilm research of salaried activity elements intended to reconstruct part of the salaried career
- Researches and provides services with information for use based on customer requests.

The candidate must also have a good command of office tools (Word, Excel).
