JUNJI kindergartens receive more than 1,600 illustrated books

Arica(@JUNJI_Arica). With the presence of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, JUNJI Arica delivered more than 1,600 books for the education of all boys and girls who attend its establishments, within the framework of the National Reading Plan.

Among the books that will be part of the kindergarten classrooms are: “How to transform a wolf”, “Shh, the onomatopoeias of every day”, “Dreams in the garden”, “What happened to you?” and “So much happiness”, this last text was narrated by the educator Miroslava Dickinson, who personified the Mad Hatter causing amazement and interaction with the children.

The activity, held at the “Rayito de Sol” Kindergarten, was led by the Regional Director, Sandra Flores Contreras and its pair of the Superintendence of Education, Gloria Manzanowho delivered the texts that will be available in the institution’s kindergartens and educational programs in Arica, Camarones and Putre.

We consider the acquisition of more than 1,600 books to be very relevant since they are an important instrument to promote and motivate reading from childhood, since it will allow children to develop imagination, language, creativity, among many other learnings that should be encouraged from early childhood.“, said the Regional Director Junji.
