In the tourism area of ​​Celosia Flower Park in Bandungan, Semarang Regency received a fire. Seven fire engines were used to extinguish the fire.

From various videos circulating on WA messages and social media, a fire can be seen ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ covers the corner of Celosia which is a place to eat called Snail Cafe. A medium-sized fire was burning and workers were spraying water using a hose.

In another video, people can be seen trying to put out the fire from the back together with firefighters who had arrived at the site.

Semarang Police Public Relations Chief, Inspector Pri Handayani, when asked to confirm, said that the fire​​​​ that occurred around 17.00 WIB this afternoon has been extinguished. Seven fire engines were used.

“For the fire incident in Celosia, the fire has now been extinguished. Seven firefighting units were used,” Handayani said through a short message, Tuesday (6/8/2024) .

The place that burned was one of the eating places in Celosia that served a variety of food. From the initial information received, the fire started from one of the stoves there.

“The first information about the cause of the fire happened in the Pujasera block stove, one of the shophouse units in the Pujasera,” explained Handayani.
