The four teams from Castile-La Mancha in the Second RFEF are still preparing for next season and have played friendlies these days:
– CF Talavera, 0-AD Alcorcón, 0
The match was played on Saturday morning at the municipal stadium ‘El Prado’. The visiting team, which plays in Primera RFEF, played with one less player from the 44th minute due to the expulsion of Apa. This is the second pre-season match for the ceramic squad. The first of them also ended in a goalless draw at the same venue and against Atlético de Madrid B (Primera RFEF). The next match for the blue and white team will be on Saturday at the CD Guijuelo field (Segunda RFEF).
– CD Villacañas, 2-CD Illescas, 0
The match was played last Thursday night at the ‘Las Pirámides’ venue and was valid for the fourth edition of the Toribio Santos Trophy. The team from Sagreño could not beat a rival that plays in the Third RFEF and it is their second defeat, since in their first friendly match of pre-season they fell at the Ciudad Deportiva de Valdebebas by 5-1 against Real Madrid Castilla. The next friendly match for the Illescanos will be this Tuesday, in Los Ángeles de San Rafael, against the youth team of the División de Honor of Atlético de Madrid.
– Cuenca, 1-Guadalajara, 1
These two teams from the region that play in the Second RFEF faced each other this Saturday afternoon at ‘La Fuensanta’, in what was the first friendly of the preseason for Balompédica and the second for Dépor. The team from Guadalajara had already played and won 0-1 at the UD Sanse field, with a goal from David Amigo. The match at ‘La Fuensanta’ had two beautiful goals scored from outside the area: the 1-0 by Antonio Fernández and the equaliser by Unax. The next friendly for Conquense will be on Wednesday 14th at the AD San Clemente field (Preferente), while Deportivo Guadalajara will visit the Leganés reserve team (Tercera RFEF) next Saturday.
Orihuela, 1-Albacete, 1
On the other hand, Albacete Balompié, from the Second Division, did not go beyond a 1-1 draw at ‘Los Arcos’ against a rival from the Second RFEF like Orihuela. Albacete took the lead in the second half with a header scored by Rai Marchan, but in the next play the locals equalised through a good shot by Adrián Morales. The next pre-season match for ‘Alba’ will be on Friday at the ‘Carlos Belmonte’ against Cartagena. To date, Albacete had played these friendly matches: 1-1 against Yeclano (with a goal from Riki), Real Madrid Castilla (3-0 against), triangular against Real Oviedo (defeat by 2-0) and Eldense (also defeat by 3-0) and victory against Valencia Mestalla by 1-0 with a goal from Fidel Chaves.
