Key job responsibilities
To achieve this objective, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Health Nurse who will report to the site’s HSE Manager and will have the following missions:
1 – Prevention of work accidents:
– Assist the HSE Manager and the occupational physician in the study of positions (working conditions, ergonomics, etc.)
– Provide real support on the ground in terms of preventing risks linked to manual handling
– Update care/accident files and produce statistics
2 – Medical monitoring of employees:
– Conducting nursing interviews
– Carry out health advice and awareness-raising actions
– Provide support to the HR department and managers in adjusting positions following medical restrictions
3 – Handling emergency situations:
– Train and supervise SSTs. Monitor the proper conduct of their interventions and reports
– Apply care protocols validated by the occupational physician
– Analyze care and resulting awareness actions
– Provide emergency care: provide medical assistance in the event of a health problem, whether or not it is work-related
– Collect initial investigation elements following a work accident
– Participate in occupational disease investigations (monitoring and analysis)
4 – Contribution to the operation of the site’s HSE activity:
– Be the privileged contact for the HSE department and the Occupational Health service
– Relay issues to the HSE department and the occupational physician
– Ensure the material and administrative management of the infirmary (pharmacy, medical equipment, balance sheet and activity report, record keeping)
– Ensure the correct application of infirmary protocols on the team
– Manage the supply of first aid equipment, in the warehouse and in the infirmary,
– Coordinate the production of chemical risk and hardship exposure sheets
– Exchange best practices with nurses from other Amazon sites located in France

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
State-qualified nurse, rigorous and organized, open-minded, you demonstrate flexibility and have good analytical skills.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to establish a relationship of trust with both employees and managers.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
You are ready to invest yourself on a daily basis so that the principles of occupational health are integrated into all of the company’s processes.
You are proficient in classic office tools (Word, Excel).
