Photos that send chills down the spine and make weak stomachs rumble. These were published by the State Agricultural and Food Inspection on the website potravinynapranyri.cz. Dirt, crawling ants, dried layers of grease, dirty and moldy refrigerators can be seen on them. A popular bistro and cafe in the center of Prague in Kozí Street had to close part of its premises at the request of inspectors. They apologized to their customers on social media and moved on.
On Saturday, the Bakeshop in Kozí Street comes with an explanation and an apology. “Bwe were down from wednesday to thursday, during that time we ironed out the kinks and are now back in full operation,” they write on Facebook. “We are still working to make sure everything is in perfect order,” they add with an apology.
The inspection ordered the closure of a part of the bistro and cafe in the center of Prague in Kozí Street. Insects, dirt, mold and garbage.
