Hollywood star Ben Affleck has bought a new luxury villa in Los Angeles for the equivalent of 19 million euros, the Daily Mail reported, which he will move into without Jennifer Lopez. The former dream couple is about to divorce. The property is located in the prominent Pacific Palisades district and covers almost 600 square meters. The stunning villa was designed in the 1940s by architect Cliff May and has recently been extensively renovated. It offers five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large garden with a swimming pool and an in-house pool. The facade is made of rustic stone slabs with a creamy white paint finish, and large windows with black steel frames ensure light-flooded rooms. Inside there are bright, modern rooms with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Marble bathrooms, a fireplace, an XXL kitchen and an open staircase are further highlights in the actor’s new home.
Affleck and Lopez are currently trying to sell their Beverly Hills mansion, which is listed on Zillow, a real estate portal. Insiders report that divorce papers are ready but have not yet been filed as the couple is still waiting for the right time.
