Thunderstorms are expected to pass through the area, especially until the afternoon, coupled with local storms. People can expect heavy rain with up to 40 litres of precipitation per square metre in one hour, hailstones with a grain size of up to two centimetres and gusts of up to 80 kilometres per hour.
