Criminal prosecution for the felony of disrupting traffic safety and for the misdemeanors of homicide, grievous bodily harm and slight bodily harm by negligence was brought by the Prosecutor of Appeals of Larisa against the president of the Railway Regulatory Authority (RAS) for the accident in Tempi.
