The governor of Táchira, Freddy Bernal, reported this Saturday {that a} felony gang that was making an attempt to assault the regional and nationwide electrical system had been dismantled.
This gang was caught red-handed on the Ureña electrical substation for blowing up transformers and leaving Táchira, Mérida, Trujillo, Barinas, Apure, Zulia and Yaracuy with out electrical energy.
