Zelensky shoots a senior commander of the Ukrainian troops

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky fired a senior army commander who helped within the battle towards invading Russian forces. It’s because they’re thought of incompetent.

“I made a decision to exchange the Supreme Commander of the Joint Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant Basic Yuriy Sodol, with Brigadier Basic Andriy Gnatov,” Zelensky mentioned in his speech.

He didn’t present particulars on the explanations for his dismissal. However the determination was made after criticism from the commander of the Azov brigade, identified for his hyperlinks to the best wing.

The top of Azov Bogdan Krotevych a day earlier filed a criticism with the SBU safety service, demanding an investigation into Sodol.

In response to media reviews, Krotevych accused Sodol of incompetence and blamed him for the deaths of Ukrainian troopers on the entrance line.
