The Danish Prime Minister was “crushed” by a person in Copenhagen

Copenhagen. Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen was attacked by a person on Friday in a sq. in Copenhagen, her workplace stated, including that the attacker was arrested.

“Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen was crushed by a person on Friday evening in Kultorvet in Copenhagen. The person was detained,” her workplace stated in a press release, including that Frederiksen was “shocked by the incident.”

Police in Denmark’s capital confirmed that an incident involving the prime minister had occurred, however gave no additional particulars.

“We now have an individual detained in relation to the case, which we’re investigating. Right now we’ve no additional feedback or observations in regards to the case,” he acknowledged in a press release on X.
