In response to the Nationwide Prosecutor’s Workplace, Prosecutor Normal Adam Bodnar submitted to the Speaker of the Sejm a request to consent to bringing felony legal responsibility to MP Michał Dworczyk (PiS). This consent, which is a waiver of immunity in a particular case, is important to carry the parliamentarian accountable by means of a trial.
