Mexico Metropolis. The famend Cuban percussionist Francisco Mela will carry out at the moment, Saturday, Might 18, at 10:00 p.m. on the Jazzatlán Capital venue, accompanied by distinguished musicians resembling Mexican bassist Saúl Ojeda, saxophonist Diego Franco and alternating with Jacob Wick on trumpet, in a live performance unprecedented within the nationwide jazz scene.

In late 2016, he was a part of an inaugural ensemble that accompanied Chucho Valdés and Joe Lovano on a world tour of Europe and North America. Moreover, he fronts his personal group, The Crash Trio, with which he has launched 5 authentic albums.
