At the present time the Lawyer Basic’s Workplace of the Republic issued sentences of as much as 128 years in jail to a bunch of gang members from Barrio 18, who have been being prosecuted for various crimes akin to: aggravated murder and deprivation of liberty, executed between 2014 and 2016, in Cuscatlán.
After a protracted investigation, the proof indicated that these people murdered their victims as a result of they believed that they belonged to or collaborated with rival gangs and suspected that they stored cash from extortion.
Amongst these convicted are Felipe Antonio Lara (128 years in jail), Erick Geovanny Martínez (76 years in jail), Gerardo Antonio López (60 years in jail). All belonging to the Shadow Park Sureños clique of Barrio 18 and accused of the aforementioned crimes. These terrorists operated in several neighborhoods of Cojutepeque, within the Cuscatlán Sur district.
The proof was offered within the Fifth Courtroom towards Organized Crime of San Salvador, mentioned court docket validated all of the proof and imposed on every of them the sentences already talked about for the crimes dedicated.
