According to the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Earth was hit by a geomagnetic storm of the highest level (G5) on Friday. This happened for the first time since 2003.
According to NOAA, such a strong storm can cause widespread outages of satellite navigation, satellite signal or even damage to electrical distribution networks. As a result, auroras also appear outside the poles, which we could also see in our country.
