In accordance with Supreme Resolution 086-2024-PCM, the former Minister of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Nelly Paredes del Castillo, resigned from her position as head of the Technical Cabinet of the Presidency of the Republic.
The legal device that formalized the official’s resignation was published in the legal regulations bulletin of the official newspaper El Peruano and in it, she is thanked for her services provided to the Nation.

Paredes del Castillo was appointed as head of the presidential Technical Cabinet on December 7, 2023, after the departure of Morgan Niccolo Quero.
The baton will be taken over by Fredy Hernán Hinojosa Angulo, who previously served as general manager of the National Superintendency of State Assets.
