In addition, it has free access to the general public interested in learning more about the attractions offered by the participating countries.

“We come to consolidate a message: Peru is a safe and stable destination. Our country has a rich and varied tourist offer, both in nature, adventure, culture and gastronomy. We are going to highlight outdoor experiences and sustainable practices, activities that are in line with new travel trends,” explained Minister Mathews.

Tastings and activations of Super Foods Peru and sector brands of coffee, chocolate and pisco will also be presented.

“The promotion of our destinations at this fair is very important, even more so if we take into account that it takes place in Spain, the first market for tourists from Europe to Peru. Last year alone we received more than 101 thousand Spanish tourists, 7% more than in 2022, so it is essential to continue consolidating ourselves in this country,” added the minister.
