This was announced by the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office, after “Bivol” came out with a publication in which it is claimed that Kiril Petkov became the acting Minister of Economy at the expense of false documents and serious fraud provided to the Registration Agency by Lena Borislavova .
“Proceedings were initiated for proven lies in a written message sent electronically by Lena Borislavova to the Registration Agency, which is required by the Commercial Law for the confirmation of position – Kiril Petkov was dismissed as a member of the Board of Directors. of the “Cumamaid Koral” Association and the election of Martin Dragulev instead. of the state prosecution.
