National Bank Argentina Introduces UVA Mortgage Line Joining Other Major Banks: Loan Details and Comparison

Meanwhile, Banco Ciudad is offering two 20-year lines for up to $250 million. One of them is aimed at converting the microcenter into a residential area and has a UVA level of +3.5%. The other has a cost of UVA + 5.5%, which can be used to pay for the first or second home in any area.

For his part, Banco Supervielle offers UVA mortgage loans with no amount limit, with terms of up to 30 years. For those who collect their salary from the bank, the UVA rate will be +4% for the first 12 months and then increase to 5%. At the same time, for clients who do not confirm their salary, the rate will be UVA + 8%. It will also be available to non-customers. The minimum income of the family group must be one million pesos to qualify for a loan to buy a home, although it is lower for renovation.

he is ICBC bank also joined the proposal, with UVA’s mortgage to be paid off in up to 15 years. In addition, this credit offers a rate of UVA + 5% for those who credit their assets in the bank and 7.5% for the rest of the applicants.
