E-voting takes place between 3 and 8 June on the website www.valimised.ee. E-voting requires a computer with an internet connection and an ID card or mobile phone ID with PIN codes. There will be no e-voting on election day, June 9.
In European Parliament elections, Estonian citizens who are at least 18 on election day and European Union citizens who do not have Estonian citizenship, who have turned 18 on election day at the latest, have the right to vote. at most, they have the right to vote. permanent residence in Estonia, the right to vote must not have been taken away from their country of origin, and they must have applied to be registered on the Estonian voter list.
An election information sheet will be sent to all voters on the voters’ list containing information on the conditions of the right to vote and voting options no later than 30 May.
Electoral information can also be consulted through the e-population register on the website from May 27 at the latest www.rahvastikuregister.ee/personal/election.
On June 9, seven members from Estonia will be elected to the 720 member assembly of the European Union. You can vote both at the polling station and electronically.
