Every child in Bulgaria – from the age of 2, already has a fun and innovative way to begin to perceive sports as a way of life.
The Pulse Kids project started less than a year ago in an extremely communicative location in Sofia – in the immediate vicinity of “Tsarigradsko shose” blvd. in “Mladost 1” – opposite The Mall, in the Grafix building. In just a few months, more than 400 children have already subscribed, and the number continues to grow. The interest also led to the opening of a second location – in Sofia Ring Mall.

“As a parent, I am familiar with the inconvenience for every parent – having to comply with a specific time for their child to play sports in a specific place. And if, due to various life situations, the child has to miss training, regardless of whether it is basketball, volleyball or another sport, you can’t just take it after a month or two. Creating Pulse Kids is a solution for most children who don’t play sports. And non-sports children give birth to the biggest problem – for their personal health, which is a priority for every parent and for the health and future of our society. We can’t all take them to gymnastics, karate or any of the team sports. The decision we make is related to the convenience and care of our children exceptional movement culture. Children’s fitness together with gymnastics are the only ones where children can start playing sports from the age of 2. We really teach them coordination, develop their skills such as flexibility, agility, speed – everything related to dynamics one child. After that, they can move on to any sport,” said Pulse founder Pascal Doychev.
“We also provide a solution for children aged 9 to 15 – the so-called Pulse Kids Revolution. This is a sports program created by professional trainers with many years of experience, specially developed for children. Pulse Kids is an innovative fitness center supporting children’s development. The program is based on the principle of non-competition. Everyone plays sports and has fun in a friendly atmosphere, without a competitive element. Fitness equipment created and adapted for children from the earliest age is used. The children are divided into a total of 7 groups, and all group and individual activities are created according to the needs of the respective age.
