Because they use her as/for whomever they want.
Before that, they made another word out of nothing – “legend”.
However, with this woman, the word “great” will feel quite comfortable.
Only after her 70th year does Stoyanka come to terms with the fact that death will happen to her too – and wonders if something of her spirit/consciousness will remain floating somewhere.
And she still expects her late husband Neicho Popov to call her.
He is the last man in her life – and she remains a widow at only 50 years old.
She knows that no one can take her place.
For this conversation /year 2012/ I introduced her as “The Robe of Laughter”.
“That’s exactly how I am,” she said. “Hala.”
She never wanted to be cute and cuddly, and she still wonders how she got to this point when she can’t hurt herself.
She has a great background, and she was always asked which village she was from.
“A lonely person is full from the inside,” says Mutafova.
And more: “You don’t have to be a good person to be a good actor.”
And at the age of 90, she thought that she had lost a lot by becoming an artist and not an archaeologist. “The artist reveals one person, the archaeologist – whole worlds. I wanted to reveal worlds,” he says.
She was still convinced that most people didn’t know who she was.
Now – Above, in the very narrow circle of the Great Ones – this question will finally be dropped.
