Against the emeralds, the Selecta have already faced each other four times, with a balance of three wins and a draw, precisely in the last match, for the Qualifiers for the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
Finally, El Salvador will host the defining matches of the group stage, which will be played between November 11 and 19 of this year, in what will be the last official duels of the year.

Promotion and relegation between Leagues will be carried out at the end of the tournament, as follows:
League A: The fifth and sixth places will be relegated to League B.
League B: The group winners will be promoted to League A and the fourth places will be relegated to League C.
League C: The group winners and the best second place will be promoted to League B.
