Group Hizbullah strikes in northern Israel including “high-explosive drones”. The attack was carried out on Tuesday (7/5) local time, a day after an attack by an Iranian-backed group killed two soldiers Israel.
Israel and Hezbollah have been exchanging fire regularly across the border since the October 7 attack by the Hamas group on southern Israel, which triggered a war in the Gaza Strip.

“Minor damage occurred and no injuries were reported,” the Israeli military said, adding that “fighter jets hit Hezbollah military structures in several areas in southern Lebanon”.
