Team Bulgaria won first place at “Julieta Shishmanova” – 2024-05-06 11:33:34

Competitors from the Levski-Triaditsa club, Alina Kolomiets and Zhana Pencheva, respectively won silver and bronze medals in the women’s all-around at the international rhythmic gymnastics tournament for the Julieta Shishmanova Prize, which was held in Burgas.

Kolomiec scored 112.200 points after receiving scores of 29.200 on hoop, 28.750 on ball, 29.650 on clubs and 24.600 on tape. Pencheva has a total of 111,300 points (29,100, 29,250, 25,650, 27,300).

Rita Raujo (Portugal) won the all-around with 112.800 points (27.700, 29.450, 29.000, 26.650)

Sofia Pavlova, Gergana Trendafilova, Nikol Chiplakova, Suzan Puladian, Mila Robert Yanakieva and Vanessa Emilova were left out of the official ranking, as only two gymnasts from each country enter it.

In the individual event finals, Alina Kolomiets won gold in hoop and ball, as well as silver in clubs. Zhana Pencheva is the champion in bats and ribbon, and she became second in hoop and ball.

In the girls’ finals, Maya Peneva, who became the champion in the all-around, ranked first in the ball with 29.100 and in the clubs with 27.700 points, Nikol Valentinova placed fourth in the hoop, and Viktoria Hristozova won the silver medal in the ribbon.

As a team, Bulgaria is in first place with 105,000 points, ahead of Portugal with 104,100 and Azerbaijan with 97,150 points.
