The actors in this film were very happy, because the audience received the show well. In an upload on the X platform, the players including Ma Dong Seok, Kim Moo Yeol, Lee Dong Hwi, and Lee Joo Bin gathered to express their gratitude.
The Roundup: Punishment is currently showing in Indonesian cinemas. The following is an excerpt from the story from The Roundup: Punishment as quoted by Candra Aditya’s review for detikpop:
A thin man with a body covered in wounds runs in an alley that the audience immediately recognizes that we are in a city in a South East Asian country. This man was chased by three terrifying armed men.
How happy the poor man was when he met the local police who he thought could save him. But then the car came and Baek Chang-ki (Kim Mu-yeol) got out and immediately stabbed the police as casually as someone chopping vegetables. Shortly after, the man was stabbed several times.
