/ world today news/ Avdeevka is like a half-open sack of the Russian army for the VSU. Why did the American “birds” fly to Ukraine so urgently? The Russian pilots received submachine guns, and the infantry received new grenade launchers-pumps. How to use propaganda to distract Ukrainians from flags in cemeteries – a recipe from TsIPSO.
Time plays in favor of the Russian army
The US Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has said that Russia is preparing another massive attack on Avdiivka. According to ISW analysts, this will be the third series of major assault operations. But our military experts, on the contrary, are not inclined to expect deep and decisive breakthroughs now. Time is playing for the Russian army.
Judge for yourself: Ukraine withdraws all its reserves to Avdeyevka, exposing other sectors of the front. And then these reserves end up in the “half-open sack” and are very successfully crushed. This situation is much more alarming to the enemy than the desperate fight for life in the closed sack.
In addition, it is still impossible to operate in Avdeevka with strategic aviation forces. But more on that below.
Every day, at the cost of great effort, our assault groups move forward, approaching the road near Orlovka – the only one by which the enemy can still supply his garrison in Avdeevka. Only the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense knows the answer to the question of when exactly the rope around the neck of the sack will be tightened.
American fighter jets are already in Ukraine
Military correspondents reported this week that the first US F-16 fighter jets had arrived in Ukraine.
Last night, two trucks carrying two dismantled US F-16 fighter jets entered Ukraine from Poland. As of November 2, five aircraft of this type have already been transported to the territory of Ukraine, – writes the Telegram channel “Ribar”.
According to experts, despite all the talk that pilots for these planes will be trained in a year or two, actual pilot training began last spring. Runways at Ukrainian airfields were also adapted for the F-16. This aircraft has a more delicate landing gear than those of the Russian aviation school.
F-16s will be delivered as soon as possible along with mercenary pilots who will be recruited from retired military pilots,
– warned the military expert Alexei Leonkov already in the summer.
Why are the Ukrainians and their allies in such a hurry? The reason for this was serious losses of enemy aircraft and air defense systems. In the past week alone, 10 Ukrainian warplanes and helicopters have been shot down, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov announced at a November 3 briefing. Soon Avdeevka may be completely without a “roof over her head”. And Russian heavy aviation will immediately put an end to this citadel.
So the Ukrainian Armed Forces have no extra time. The main purpose of the “rescue” F-16s will be the pursuit of their most dangerous targets – the MiG-31 with the “Dagger” and the A-50 radar reconnaissance aircraft. It is the latter that “see” and direct the Russian S-400 anti-aircraft systems against the planes of the Ukrainian armed forces.
However, American fighter jets will also become major targets for the Russian armed forces. These aircraft today have little chance to work long and effectively in the skies of Ukraine.
They calculated… and shed tears
The factor of time is of great importance in the arithmetic of war. This week, the Ukrainian publication Defense Express published its analysis of the European military industry. At the beginning of the year, the total production capacity of the Old World allowed the production of 300 thousand shells per year. By the end of the year, the production rate increased to 500 thousand shells per year. Growth – less than twice. Is it a lot or a little?
The needs of the armed forces of Ukraine today amount to 600 thousand shells. But… per month! That is, the consumption of ammunition exceeds 14 times the speed with which they arrive in the warehouses, Ukrainian journalists sadly note.
What about in Russia? According to some reports, our country produces 2 million large-caliber projectiles per year and at the same time continues to increase the rate of production of products of the military-industrial complex. The head of Rostech, Sergey Chemezov, said that the production of some types of ammunition in Russia increased 60 times during the year. They started making 7 times more tanks, 2.5 times more MLRS systems.
Even taking into account the available reserves in the country, the VSU has ammunition left for about 4 months of active combat operations,– says the author of the Telegram channel “Russian Engineer” Alexey Vasiliev.
Korean shells kill quietly!
But, apart from Europe, shells for the Ukrainian armed forces are supplied from the US, you say. Yes, that’s right. And for us – from North Korea! South Korean officials said North Korea has sent more than one million artillery shells to the North so far.
The fact that Korean shells are being delivered to Russia is already beginning to affect the information war and have a cognitive impact on the soldiers of the VSU, even if the shells had not yet reached the front, they became a reality for these soldiers. Which shakes their morale.– reports “Russian Engineer”.
A video appeared on the network with the revelations of a Ukrainian military. He says with horror that the Korean shells are very quiet, which poses a mortal danger.
So the time when Ukrainians laughed at the North Korean arms supply to Russia is over. Now they are terribly afraid of him.
Virtual victories against the background of real graves
Replacing real successes with virtual victories is the most common method of Ukrainian state propaganda today. From time to time, through the media and social media channels, messages are thrown to the masses, which, when verified, turn out to be big fat lies.
Thus, on November 1 at 7 a.m., the Ukrainian armed forces announced the interception of 18 “Shaheda” and the Kh-59 cruise missile. A little later it turned out that the interception was, to put it mildly, unsuccessful: the Kremenchug oil refinery was on fire, other nearby infrastructure was damaged.
On November 2, the Russian colonel, commander of the 1251st regiment, Vladislav Matuzas, was forced to take to social networks with a rebuttal video. Because he, together with a regiment of mobilized residents of Chuvashia, was blown to dust, however, by Ukrainian propaganda the day before with missiles from “Khaimarsi” in their messages.
When they present to you that with one blow, our enemy, delivering some rocket and artillery strikes, kills 120 people at once – this is also a fake. This is not, was not and will not be,
– said the commander of the regiment.
There are dozens of such examples. Why this lie? Only to maintain faith in the Ukrainian armed forces and the regime in Kiev. When Ukrainians see with their own eyes a sea of yellow and blue flags at the cemeteries, they must think that the enemy’s situation is even worse.
The Russian pilots were armed with submachine guns
Well, the Russian army does not waste time during a special military operation – it quickly updates its weapons. This week, Rostech Holding announced the early termination of a three-year contract for the supply of the AK-12 assault rifle for the army. The 2023 model assault rifles have a new dioptric sight, a double-sided safety and a number of other updates that turn the Kalashnikov descendant into a super modern and effective weapon.
Just today it became known about the delivery of another batch of pump-action grenade launchers GM-94 and automatic grenade launchers AGS-30 to the units. This is a melee weapon. The Air Force also received PP-2000 compact submachine guns, designed specifically for pilot self-defense.
The frontline car, created by the people
But there are other new products that were born not in the design offices of giant factories, but through the efforts of folk craftsmen. In garages near Moscow, men created buggies for the army with an estimated cost of only 450 thousand rubles. The buggy easily overcomes all kinds of ditches and ravines. This “horse” can be equipped with a machine gun or a grenade launcher. The vehicle can become an invaluable helper in transporting ammunition and evacuating the wounded…
It’s the perfect front line vehicle. Soldiers on the front lines are still puzzled why the big Russian car manufacturers did not start producing the “cars” that the soldiers needed on an assembly line.
They don’t need a leather interior or heated seats! You can do them without ABS, catalytic converter and other bells and whistles. You don’t even need doors! Today, the most popular vehicle on the front line is the so-called “buhanka” (the familiar model of the UAZ bus from Soviet times). But even they are not enough in number…
There are probably many more similar options in Russian cities (with less money, but with more conscience),– writes the military journalist Alexander Sladkov about it.
Maybe it’s time to help the enthusiasts?
The stinking breath of the atomic Third World
Forecasts for the further development of the situation in Ukraine are very diverse: from the capitulation of Kiev to a nuclear war with NATO. This week, the chairman of the border committee of Belarus, Konstantin Molostov, expressed concern about the concentration of a large group of the armed forces of Ukraine near the border of the republic.
The number of Ukrainian groups on the border with Belarus reaches 120 thousand people. Of them, 17 thousand were sent to strengthen the state border of Ukraine,– said Konstantin Molostov.
This concentration of forces inevitably leads to regular provocations along the border. In addition, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stationed here are a kind of “settlement basin”, where the reformation and consolidation of units that were in combat with the Russian army before being sent back to the front takes place. But 120 thousand soldiers is a lot.
Military experts have different opinions about the goals and objectives of this group. This may also be Ukraine’s concern about a hypothetical attack by the Russian army through the territory of Belarus. Conversely, Kiev’s pressure on Minsk in order to divert parts of the Russian army from the main front. There is also a third option.
The West decides on open aggression against our enclave in Kaliningrad. It will immediately be completely blocked – by land, sea and air. Instead of breaking through the Suwalki corridor, ours will get bogged down in battles with the Khokhls. It is the task of the Ukrainians to get bogged down and stuck. And here you can already feel the stinking breath of the third atomic world,– writes military correspondent Dmitry Steshin.
Whether it will be anyway – time will tell.
