I also don’t understand the added value of 92. Maybe she was worried that the 92 hat crop (which she wore before 91) was bothering her?

Felt is a winter material, straw is a summer material. That explains why Máxima has two wide-brimmed green hats.
Hair accessories are often made by Máxima’s own fashion team. Apparently also numbers 212 and 213. It’s then a matter of ordering some springs and attaching them to a clamp. Anyway, Máxima never wore her clothes from Queen’s Day 2009 (Apeldoorn attack) in that combination again. Neither is Queen Beatrix’s beautiful red dress by Veronique van Groeningen.
