Overall by year and overall for the industry – minus 2.9% compared to 2019. But a bomb follows.
According to the annual results, there was no crisis at all in the processing industry – 100.3% compared to 2019.
That is, for the processing industry, 2020 became the best year (in terms of achieved volume, not in terms of growth rate, of course) in the history of the Russian Federation.
In fact, the entire negative is due to the strong decrease in the extractive industries – 93% compared to 2019.
In particular, December is generally better in terms of industry than the previous March. There is practically no reduction anymore – 99.8%. By two tenths of percent less than in December of the prosperous year 2019.
And in processing – a strong growth of 4.4% compared to the prosperous December 2019.
In mining, as before, a strong minus – with 8.5% smaller volumes than in December 2019. Because of oil and gas. Coal has almost recovered.
In manufacturing, in many industries, growth has been boom-like. Motor vehicles, medicines, other means of transport, furniture, chemical and textile industries – double-digit (!) percentages of growth compared to December 2019. In the negative are the production of cigarettes, petroleum products, a slight decrease (less than 2%) in metallurgy.
Amazing results. Both for December and for the year (which December obviously had a noticeable effect on). The raw needle is time to forget it as an outdated laff or to put it on the Western partners in the soft places.
