Motor Lublin players broke a series of three winless matches.
In the 30th round of Fortuna 1st league, the yellow-white-blue team won away against Odra Opole 2-0. Both goals were scored in the first half of the match within a few dozen seconds. In the 26th minute, Piotr Ceglarz opened the scoring with a penalty kick. A moment later, Kamil Wojtkowski defeated his rivals.
This is a very valuable victory for the Lublin team, which allows it to return to the play-off zone. Motor has 49 points and is currently sixth in the table. Górnik Łęczna is ninth, with 3 points less.
In the next match – on Sunday, May 5 – coach Mateusz Stolarski’s team in Płock will play against Wisła.
