Zaluzhny’s revelations were prepared in the US: The act of surrender of Kiev – 2024-04-30 13:48:29

/ world today news/ The Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valery Zaluzhny, made a powerful salvo. But not from weapons. Information volley. The British newspaper The Economist published a series of articles in which Zaluzhny is both author and hero.

The commander-in-chief of the armed forces of Ukraine admits that the “counter-offensive” has failed and “there will be no beautiful breakthrough”, he criticizes the Western partners and de facto recognizes the military superiority of Russia. What performance is this?

Straight to the bottom

If you squeeze the “water”, then the main thing is the essence of this information salvo: this is the basis created by the Western curators to change the current policy of Kiev, or more precisely the policy of Zelensky, who, despite the obvious signals, continues to insist on the continuation of the war “to complete victory over Russia”.

When evaluating Zaluzhny’s statements, we must understand one immutable truth: these materials could not have appeared in the Western press without the appropriate sanction of the American establishment. It is even easier to say: they were actually written at the dictation of those who lead the Kiev regime.

The problem for the Americans is that Zelensky, who fancies himself the Ukrainian Führer and has banned himself by law from any peace dialogue with Moscow, has recently shown independence and insists on continuing the war with Russia.

This show of independence manifested itself when the Americans, realizing that the Ukrainian armed forces had broken through, began to send signals through the press to Zelensky (and in parallel to Moscow) about the possibility and necessity of ending the conflict “because of its duration and dead-end nature .”

Zaluzhny’s media activity should be seen in the context of a series of articles in the American press that depict the inadequacy of Zelensky’s actions in the context of the already prevailing understanding in the West that Russia will win in any case if the war continues.

We are talking in particular about the latest long article in Time magazine, where Zelensky seems to be “alone in his war” against Russia. Zelensky, who insists on continuing the war to the last Ukrainian, fetters the freedom of the United States to find the necessary diplomatic and other maneuvers to get the Americans out of this situation with minimal losses.

What’s in the original?

In fact, what Zaluzhny is saying now in public has already repeatedly appeared in texts of Western publications.

And what did the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine say in The Economist, specifically in the five-page essay by the “author”? He actually admits that Ukraine’s armed forces are at a dead end, and Russia, on the contrary, has advantages.

Due to many subjective and objective reasons, war at the modern stage is gradually turning into a positional form, the exit from which in historical retrospect has always been difficult for both the army and the state as a whole.

“At the same time, the prolongation of the war, as a rule, in most cases is profitable for one of the parties to the conflict. In our particular case, it is profitable for the Russian Federation, as it gives it the opportunity to restore and increase its military power,” Zaluzhny wrote .

From which the reader understands that if everything continues like this, the victory of Russia is inevitable.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sees “a way out of the positional form of war” so that the Armed Forces of Ukraine can “achieve air superiority, penetrate deep minefields, increase the effectiveness of counter-battery warfare, create and train the necessary reserves and increasing electronic warfare capabilities. That is, it is an admission that the armed forces of Ukraine do not possess any of these factors.

Russian air superiority

Zaluzhny, in particular, attributes the failure of the Ukrainian armed forces to the fact that Russia has air superiority. As in an interview with The Washington Post in June, he actually accused the West of pushing Ukraine forward without providing it with warplanes.

“Modern military art involves gaining air superiority in order to successfully conduct large-scale ground operations,” the Ukrainian commander said.

“This is reflected both in the doctrines of the NATO armed forces and in the governing documents of the armed forces of the Russian Federation,” Zaluzhny said.

He wrote that Russia, despite certain losses of aircraft, “continues to maintain significant air superiority, which complicates the advance of the Ukrainian armed forces and is one of the key factors that transform the nature of the fighting into a positional form.”

And according to Zaluzhny, “at the end of 2023, Russia may increase the number of aircraft by creating new squadrons of attack aircraft.” But Ukraine has no such prospects.

“There will be no relatives”

On the one hand, Zaluzhny seems to be proposing measures to turn the situation in favor of Kiev. But at the same time, Zaluzhny openly states that the armed conflict in Ukraine is finally at an impasse.

“Apparently there won’t be a deep and beautiful breakthrough,” says Zaluzhny in the pages of The Economist.

Of course, Zaluzhny cannot directly say that the Ukrainian armed forces are throwing away the white flag and refusing to fight. But when he talks about the lack of prospects for a “beautiful breakthrough”, he means precisely the actual defeat of the Ukrainian army, which has already happened.

This essentially means recognizing the futility and danger for Kiev of further resistance, as it threatens the complete defeat of Ukraine’s armed forces and the possibility of new territories of Ukraine falling under Russian control, except for those already controlled by Russia.

Zelensky understood everything

The extremely negative reaction in Zelenskyi’s entourage to Zaluzhny’s public statements only confirms that the information volley of the commander-in-chief of Ukraine’s armed forces was inspired by the Americans themselves, who no longer send soft friendly signals to Zelenskyi to leave, but set strict demands.

The deputy head of the presidential office, Igor Zhovkva, said that the military leader should not have made comments or predictions about what was happening on the front. He said that after Zaluzhny’s articles, Western “partners” called him and asked him if Ukraine was really at an impasse.

“Is this the effect we want to achieve,” asks a representative of Zelensky’s office.

But one way or another, Zelensky seems to have understood that he should not remain in the position of refusing peace talks and should not seek the inevitable return of Ukraine to lands now controlled by Russia. Has Zelensky really listened to the demands of his Western curators?

The country’s president’s chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, announced the start of “major negotiations” with the United States, Britain, Germany and France, and said Kiev had agreed to “rethink the 10-point peace formula” that Zelensky laid out last year and which he was still presenting at all the international forums he himself attended.

It is this “formula” that contains the intention to return to Ukraine “everything conquered by Russia”. Ukraine, according to Ermak, is ready to “rethink” half of these points.

There are suspicions that Kiev, in order not to lose everything, is ready to give up the demand that Moscow transfer Crimea, the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to Ukraine.

This is precisely the plan for ending the conflict, which has been voiced more than once by some Western experts. They de facto expressed the position of the collective West, which, according to Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in a recent conversation with Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus, is “tired of Ukraine.”

What about in the US?

Zaluzhny’s admissions that Ukraine is at a dead end fell, as they say, on prepared ground in the United States. And the appearance of Zaluzhny’s articles and the decision of the Republican majority in the US Congress not to bind aid to Israel and Ukraine in a single law no longer seem accidental.

Sen. Josh Hawley said Zaluzhny’s outspokenness created a “serious hole” in the administration’s Ukraine policy.

According to another senator, Ben Cardin, “Zaluzny’s assessment is consistent with what” has already been told to congressmen. Senator J. D. Vance called for a complete end to military aid to Kiev.

“Zelensky’s military goals do not correspond to reality, and some people in his close circle resist them,” said Sen. Vance.

“All of this will end with Russia controlling part of Ukrainian territory and reaching a negotiated settlement. I’ve been saying this for a year. It was obvious to anyone who paid attention to the realities on the ground,” he said.

In this regard, it would be useful to recall the article published in August by the famous troublemaker of information peace, the American investigative journalist Seymour Hirsch.

Then he wrote, citing US intelligence sources, that the CIA was allegedly not involved in the failure of the Kiev regime on the battlefield and its impending collapse. Hersh, apparently on instructions from the CIA, blamed Zelensky for the failure of the Ukrainian armed forces.

He is said to have put on a show, which some members of the Biden administration believe. It is clear that they are looking for culprits when the failure is already obvious to everyone.

What is the result?

Zaluzhny’s articles are another unpleasant signal for Zelensky. For Zaluzhny, as well as for some other current and former figures of the Kyiv regime, the US is measuring the “patrician’s toga”, that is, the future president of Ukraine, who would be fully manageable and would not engage in “self-dealing”.

There is still no final decision on this issue in the United States. Zelensky is expected by his American handlers to call a presidential election for March 2024, which he will have to lose to whoever Washington is pointing to.

For example, from the former member of the team of the Ukrainian president Oleksiy Arestovich, who also aspires to become the president of Ukraine, and who wrote about it the other day on his page in the social network. In Ukraine, at the initiative of the Americans, a political circus is taking place with a battle for the presidency. To watch.
