NasDem and PKB Express Willingness to Join Prabowo-Gibran Government: Anies Baswedan’s Response

The NasDem and PKB parties are openly willing to join the Government Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka. Ann Baswedanwho received support from both parties, to open his voice.

Reported detik Jogjawhen met by journalists after the joint Syawalan event held by the HMI MPO Alumni Family at Grha Sarina Vidi, Sleman, Anies was reluctant to comment on the possibility of his two supporting parties getting close on Prabowo immediately.

“There are no comments,” said Anies, Sunday (28/4/2024).

However, Anies then spoke about MK’s decision. He asked all parties to respect this.

“There is still a long way to go and we are telling everyone that when the Constitutional Court has issued a decision, we will respect the decision of the Constitutional Court ,” he said.

According to him, in the life of the state, it must be accompanied by democratic maturity, maturity, and willingness to comply with all constitutional processes.

“Therefore, I am letting everyone know, this is not a matter of whether you like them or not, disappointed or disappointed, but this is an issue on how we manage well and on the one hand, we respect and comply with the decision of the Constitutional Court,” he said.
