The first edition of the “Explore the world” festival, organized with the cooperation of the Municipality of Burgas and the Ministry of Tourism, kicked off the camping season along our Black Sea.
For two days – April 27 and 28, the latest trends in camping, caravanning and outdoor tourism are presented on the territory of the Sea Station.
Exhibitors of campers, tents, off-road vehicles, water sports and leisure equipment and accessories, come to the venue.
„This is the first camping festival in Burgas, but I’m sure it won’t be the last. The Municipality of Burgas stood behind us with full support, and here are also all the other municipalities along the Southern Black Sea coast. My call to visit our sea more, because we have great traditions in camping, which are visited by the whole of Eastern Europe” said during the opening the municipal councilor Evelina Mihaleva, who is the initiator of the event.
Some of the Black Sea municipalities also present themselves with attractive presentations.
“I can’t help but note the energy of Mrs. Mihaleva, who realizes this festival. Today we start the active summer season and show that our Southern Black Sea coast is beautiful. I urge everyone to choose it, because here one can find places and corners that would make everyone happy. Hobby culture and the hobby idea grow more and more every year in the tourist market, because people love unity, to experiment, to experience new things” shared the mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov.
The festival area is open both days from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Favorite Burgas performers will take care of the mood of the attendees.
There is plenty of delicious food and beer, and the organizers also provide various games and activities for the attendees.
There is also a designated place in the festival for visitors with their own campers and caravans.
