On April 25, 2024, a scheduled meeting of the academic council of the Higher Education Institution “Podilskyi State University” was held, in which 54 members of the council out of 67 took part. The chairman of the meeting, rector of the university, Professor IVANISHYN Volodymyr Vasyliovych started the meeting with celebrations and congratulated Acting director of the VSP “Kitsman Vocational College of the ZVO “PSU” BILYAR Ivan Georgiyovych on his 65th birthday and wished him health, inexhaustible energy, strength and successful work in the field of education.
Also, Volodymyr Vasyliovych presented the diploma of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty 201 Agronomy SIVAK to Nataliya Viktorivna and the certificate of associate professor at the Department of Normal and Pathological Morphology and Physiology LISCHUK to Svitlana Georgiivna.

Based on the results of a secret vote, the academic council unanimously decided to award the academic title of professor at the Department of Agriculture, Soil Science and Plant Protection of PUY to Vasyl Lazarovych and the academic title of associate professor at the Department of Veterinary Obstetrics, Internal Pathology and Surgery to Ruslan Vasyliovych KOLINCHUK.
In other matters, the academic council considered and approved the report of Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for International, Scientific-Innovative and International Activities, Professor of the Department of Management, Public Management and Administration Oksana Antonivna BYALKOVSKA on participation in the grant program of international academic mobility Erasmus + KA 171 with the aim of teaching at the University of Applied Sciences in Tarnow (Republic of Poland) from April 8 to 12, 2024.
The academic council considered the following questions and unanimously made a decision:
– to recommend for publication the international collective monograph “Modern education of Ukraine: problems, experience, prospects” under the general editorship of Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Volodymyr Vasylyovych IVANISHYN and the monograph “Diseases of dogs of infectious etiology in the Podilsk region” (author team: Dr. Vet. , assistant professor of GORYUK, associate professor Serhiy Borisovych, associate professor of GORYUK;
– to recommend for publication electronic collections of scientific works of international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences held at the university.
