A businessman known as an oat millionaire JP Kukkonen45, says 23 minutes podcast about his own view of the restraining order he applied for his ex-spouse Netta Kukkonen. The restraining order was lifted at the beginning of April.

In the episode, the businessman explains in more detail about the issues that led to the restraining order, such as the extortion mentioned in the application.

– Unfortunately, in connection with the divorce, the ex-wife’s judgment failed a little. He sent my lawyer a letter that he probably shouldn’t have sent in his anger at that point, the man says in the episode.

Another of the hosts of the podcast Arto Koskelo states that it is special that the authority is mixed up with a divorce first and then goes on a date. Koskelo refers to Seiska’s news that the couple had been seen on a date, and it was suspected that the two had gotten back together. Kukkonen has denied the claim, but admitted that the meeting was their last date.

Now the businessman says that the police gave him no other choice than to file a criminal report for violating domestic peace, because the harassment was constant. According to Kukkonen, the police would have filed a criminal report if he hadn’t.

– We didn’t see any other option with the lawyer, even though I thought it was a pretty drastic measure to apply for a restraining order. In reality, the authorities have not been involved in this anyway, because the restraining order was never processed.

He admits that the date happened spontaneously.

– My ex-wife contacted me about a week and a half or two weeks after applying for the restraining order – we hadn’t seen each other for about three weeks. He wanted to make up for something he had done: he had taken things from my apartment with me that did not belong to him, and he wanted to return them.

– We had a perfectly reasonable conversation, and he returned all my property to me. As a nice guy, I suggested that we go eat and exchange news. One thing led to another and I found myself on the plane to Stockholm and we decided to go on another date. This is quite normal for me.

According to Kukkonen, they ended up in Barcelona when they didn’t want to go home yet. After returning to Helsinki, they were met by a journalist, to whom Netta, according to the businessman, had claimed that they were together again. The oat millionaire emphasizes that he doesn’t consider Netta a bad person, but he doesn’t defend her actions either.

Kukkonen faces a trial at the end of May at the Helsinki District Court. A woman in her thirties is accused of assaulting and blackmailing a businessman. According to Kukkonen, it is his ex-girlfriend, but it is not Netta.

– It was a short, very passionate and colorful relationship, and its laundry is now being washed in the Helsinki district court.

Kukko is also accused of abusing the woman. The businessman does not want to comment further on the trial, as the legal process is still ongoing.

– However, I fully trust that the Finnish legal system is fair and this hellish nightmare will end for my part.
