This refers to the Budget staff Héctor Alfredo Nájera Juárez and Subdirectorate of Engineering and Maintenance, Juan Carlos Solís Medina, Martín José Leal Rojas and the Architect Rosa Elena Ruíz Ortíz.
Therefore, they also file a complaint with the Public Ministry (MP) against Rosa Elena Ruíz Ortíz, for the possible commission of a crime derived from the theft of documents from that Assistance Center, the authorities claim.
The complaint will continue its process, and they also detailed that the Roosevelt Hospital will provide the collaboration and information requested by the investigating entity.
