As bitcoin (BTC) the price made mincemeat of its important resistance level just above $64,000 yesterday. The rise in Bitcoin prices has given altcoins a big boost in particular. They shot those into the air in a short amount of time last night. Popular memecoins included shiba inu (SHIB), has benefited from bitcoin’s jump.
The price of Bitcoin is going up unexpectedly
Bitcoin did not show much price volatility yesterday, as usual on a weekend day. In the morning and afternoon there was little news of the race. Without too much volatility, Bitcoin moved sideways just below $64,000.
Just before the evening began, there was a sudden movement in the room BTC rate. In less than two hours, the price rose about 2.5%, from around $63,800 to a peak of $65,400.
Due to its price increase, Bitcoin ended the day above an important resistance, several hundred dollars above $64,000. If the price slips from the current level, this is logically the first level to watch. On the way up, the next big hurdle is the area around $69,000.

At the time of writing, the BTC price on Bybit crypto exchange powered by SATOS is equal to $65,096. On the Dutch crypto exchange Battle so BTC price in euro comes to 61,207. Compared to 24 hours ago, BTC is down 1.63%.
Altcoins steal the show, memecoins in particular
All attention is currently focused on the rest of the market. The Bitcoin exchange rate is up to almost every greenback. Most have also made a bigger jump than the king of cryptocurrencies.
Memecoins in particular are doing particularly well right now. Shiba inu, the second largest memecoin in the industry, has increased significantly by 18.02%. Floki (FLOKI), in 68th place in the crypto market, is a real winner of the past day with a huge increase of 39.87%.
All the top 10 crypto colors have experienced price increases in the past 24 hours. For example, ethereum (ETH) went up 3.55%, solana (SOL) is up 2.92%, ripple (XRP) is up 3.15%, dogecoin (DOGE) is up 5.05% and cardano (ADA) is up 2.07%.
