As part of the actions to promote sports and healthy physical activity, the Lima Park Service (Serpar) in conjunction with the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima, will organize the inclusive Lima Corre 7K race, to be held this Sunday, April 21, starting from 7 a.m.
This race expects to bring together 3000 participants, who will start from the Huáscar Metropolitan Club in Villa El Salvador, traveling through the main avenues of the district such as 200 Millas, Mariano Pastor Sevilla and Mateo Pumacahua until reaching the finish line located at the Huayna Cápac Metropolitan Club in San Juan de Miraflores.
On this occasion the competition will be inclusive and the participants will be divided into five categories which are: Free (18 to 39 years), Master (40 years and older), Visually impaired (18 years and older, must present a Conadis card or disability certificate), Physical disability with a wheelchair (18 years or older must present a Conadis card or disability certificate) and Hearing disability (18 years or older must present a Conadis card or disability certificate).
To participate in this sporting activity you must register in the registration link: correctly completing your information and bringing your ID or Conadis card on the day of the competition (in the case of the people with disabilities category).
“Our objective is to promote the practice of sport and physical activity among citizens, on this occasion we will do it in an inclusive way, giving everyone the opportunity to compete at the best level. Our mayor Rafael López Aliaga is committed to promoting these activities that generate healthy habits in the population,” said Luis Molina, president of the Serpar board of directors.
